You decide when you connect a tool, and you can change your mind at any time.
When you connect
- Which vaults the tool may use. It can't see any others.
- Read only, or also write. Write lets the tool create and change notes.
Later
Open Settings → AI tools to see every connected tool, change its vaults and permissions, or revoke it. A revoked tool loses access at once.
In a workspace
Admins can set policies for all members' tools, such as which tools are allowed and whether any may write. Workspace policies always win over personal choices.
