How do I import from Notion?

Export from Notion as Markdown and CSV, then import the zip into a Granite vault.

  1. In Notion, open Settings → Export (or a page's ••• → Export) and choose Markdown & CSV, including subpages.

  2. Download the zip Notion makes.

  3. In Granite, open Tools → Import notes and choose the zip.

Pages become Markdown notes in folders that follow your Notion structure. Granite removes the long IDs Notion adds to names ("Roadmap 1a2b…9f.md" becomes "Roadmap.md") and fixes the links to match. Databases' CSV files, images, and other files are listed as skipped.
