Notifications always appear in Granite under the bell, where you can Mark all read. In Settings → Notifications you choose which of them also reach you elsewhere:

| Mentions | someone mentions you in a comment |
| Resolved comments | a thread on a note you created or edited is resolved |
| Sharing | a vault, folder, or note is shared with you |
- On the web, each kind has an Email switch.
- In the desktop app, each kind also has a Desktop switch for your computer's notifications. These are saved per computer.
Being added to a team is always emailed.
