How do I disconnect or uninstall?

Disconnect the store in the app (Granite page) or in Granite under Settings → Integrations → Shopify stores: syncing stops and the vault stays with its owner. If you uninstall the app in Shopify, syncing stops at once; 48 hours later Shopify asks Granite to erase the store's data, and the store's vault is deleted. Export the vault first if you want to keep a copy.
