If you sell subscriptions with an app such as Shopify Subscriptions or Recharge, Granite reads the plans that app set up and writes them into your notes. It does not create plans or bill anyone: you keep managing subscriptions in your subscription app.
- Each product note has a Subscriptions section with its plans in plain words, such as "Every 2 weeks: 10% off, 15% off from the 4th order". The frontmatter lists the plan names under
subscriptions, andsubscription_only: truemarks products that can only be bought with a subscription. Shopify/Subscriptions.mdlists every plan with the products that offer it.- The app's Subscriptions page shows the same list, with links to the notes.
Granite cannot see your customers' individual subscriptions (who subscribed, next delivery dates, cancellations). Shopify only shows those to the app that manages them, so look them up in your subscription app.
If a subscription app does not let other apps read its plan details, the note shows the plan's name and the short summary the app gives it.
