The sign-in page offers four ways in. Use the one you signed up with; they all lead to the same account when the email address matches.

| Continue with SSO | For company workspaces that use Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or another identity provider. Enter your work email and Granite sends you to your company's sign-in page. |
In the desktop app, Google and SSO sign-in finish in your browser. The app says "Finish signing in in your browser", and the browser asks you to confirm the account. When you're done, Granite opens again by itself.
SSO only lets in people who are already members of the workspace or have an open invitation. If SSO refuses you, ask your workspace admin to invite you.
