Yes. Granite treats changes from AI tools, integrations, and scripts exactly like your own edits:
- every change is saved as a version you can restore,
- deletes are soft, so a deleted note can be brought back,
- the Info tab shows who changed the note last.
To undo, open the note's version history and restore the version from before the change.
