Granite saves every meeting from your notetaker as a note, so all your meetings are searchable next to the rest of your knowledge, and your AI tools can find them.
In Settings → Integrations → Meeting notetakers, install your notetaker: Read.ai, Fathom, Fireflies, tl;dv, Otter, Granola, Circleback, Avoma, or MeetGeek.
In the notetaker, add a webhook with the Granite URL the wizard shows, and paste its signing secret into Granite. Some also need an API key from that service. The wizard explains each step.
Choose the folder for meeting notes. It's
Meetingsunless you change it.
What a meeting note contains
Each note is named 2026-10-10 Weekly sync.md (date and title) and includes, when the notetaker provides them: the summary, attendees, action items as tasks with owners, chapters and topics, a recording link, and the full transcript in a folded section that search still covers.
If a meeting is sent again, its note is updated instead of duplicated.
Meeting notetakers need Pro or Business in Granite. Some notetakers also require a paid plan or admin rights on their side to send webhooks.
